FLORIDA 2019!
This trip is to Orlando, Florida to perform during half time at the Camping World Bowl, as well as down City Walk at Universal Studios. This is a great stage to represent our community, district and program. The CPPHS Hawks Combined Band has been invited because of how well we have perform. The directors and parent Boosters have been very busy preparing for this trip. All members of the Performance Band and Competition Band will perform and rehearse together in the fall season as we prepare for this trip. We encourage you to join us on what promises to be a great trip!

Where and how do I make these deposits?
Deposits should be made into our secured black box in the band office, located between the band rooms in the high school. The CPP Band Booster is the only person with access to this box. Checks need to be made out to CPP Band Boosters. There will be periodic collection nights where you can meet some of our Booster representatives and pay then.
What is the payment schedule?
Total: $950 (for a Quad room), May 22nd: $250 Deposit and Commitment Slip Due, August 23rd: $300 and roommate sign up due, October 23rd: Remaining Balance Due
Are there fundraisers available for this trip?
Yes, we have Program Ad Sales for our 4 large shows. We have many other fundraisers that we will be releasing as they are finalized. Stay tuned... More coming soon!
How do I use student accounts to pay?
Please email our Treasurer of Student Accounts, Randi Hewit to request transfer of funds.
What will we be performing?
We will be performing with other bands for the half-time show. We will rehearse for this during band camps as well as during the school day. Additional practices may be added as necessary.

What if I cannot afford to attend the trip, can I still come?
YES!!!! If this is the case, please email the directors, Mr. Allen and Mr. Stork, and we will send you an application. These applications are confidential. WE WANT ALL STUDENTS TO COME.
My student is in the Fall Concert Band, can they attend this trip?
Unfortunately, due to the performance aspect of this trip, we are only allowing students who are in the Performance and Competition Band in the fall to participate. We are looking to plan a trip that, in the future, includes a concert band performance aspect as well.
