It is time to get a jump start on fundraising for this year’s exciting trip! The C-PP Hawks Band Program will host its 21st annual Crystal City Band Competition on September 21, 2024, its 38th annual Bandtoberfest show on October 19, 2024, its Winter Guard International Regional Competition on February 15th, 2025, NYSPC Big Beefy Beats II on March 22, 2025.

The Band Boosters sponsors these shows and there are typically 8-12 regional and local bands that participate in them. During the shows, we also sell programs to the visitors. Those programs contain ads that local businesses have purchased from students to support the band program.
 
If you would like to sell ads to businesses for this fundraiser this year, please send an email ([email protected]) requesting those businesses be assigned to you and I will verify no one else has requested those businesses.
