Hello band members and families!
We are excited to bring to you a new fundraising opportunity (previously our Band Ads). The CPP Hawks Band will host its 22nd annual Crystal City Competition on September 18th, 2025, its 39th annual Bandtoberfest show on October 20th, 2025, Winter Guard International Competition on February 14th, 2026 and a Percussion Regional on February 15th, 2026. The Band Boosters host these shows and there are typically 8-12 bands or groups performing at each. During these shows, we sell programs to the visitors. These programs contain ads from businesses purchased from the students. This year we are incorporating the ads into a sponsorship program which offers advertising perks in addition to the ads. Please look over the sponsorship letter carefully. This would be given to the businesses so that they can use the QR code to set up their information. You can also find a Student Dialogue form to print to give your student as they prepare to approach businesses. We will also have copies of this at band camps.
