Hello Students and Families! With the upcoming Chicago trip fast approaching, we are offering a fundraising opportunity to benefit your students by giving credits toward trip payments.
Our sponsorship program can be very lucrative for you, and it does not require much work at all! We just ask that you contact community businesses and ask them to become a Sponsor of CPPHS Band! We encourage face-to-face interactions, but do realize email communications may be utilized as well. If doing so, please try to offer a personalized message from yourself, to build that relationship! We offer 4 sponsorship levels with benefits at each level (outlined in the Sponsorship letter below) Credits will be as follows : Hawks Pride - 20 credits - 1/4 page ad in home shows program White Level - 32 credits - 1/2 page ad in home shows programs, social media shout out, business name on CPPBands.org Black Level - 60 credits - Full page ad in home shows programs, social media post pinned on Band FB, Verbal recognition at Home shows, Busness name on Bandtoberfest shirt, 4 tickets to Bandtoberfest, business name on CPPBands.org Gold Level - 90 credits - All Black Level benefits, Business logo on TVs/banner at Home Shows, 8 tickets to Bandtoberfest What you will do: 1) Present this information to your business, and tell them some fun facts about band! Share about the upcoming trip! 2) Encourage them to follow the QR code where they will process payment. They will need to send their ad information to [email protected] 3) Make sure they put your name in the email they send so please write your first and last name down for them 4) Thank them for their support! 5) Deadline is August 28th We are strongly encouraging EACH student to contact 5 businesses this summer and we have provided a list of businesses who have participated in purchasing program ads in the past. While this may not be the most up to date list, it will give you a great start!
